Can you tell me more about the quality of the frames and mounts?
The frames are produced to a high standard with tight corners. The mounts are bevel cut and have a textured finish. The pictures have a solid backing, and are ready to hang.

What if we have a problem?

How are the pictures packed?
Mounted prints will be despatched in padded packages. Framed prints will be very carefully packed and mugs will be posted out in individual postage boxes.

How are our orders despatched?
U.K. orders will be despatched by carrier or post. All items will require a signature on delivery.

What about overseas orders?

How are the images transferred onto the mugs, coasters and tablemats?
We print each individual image using a special sublimation ink through a dedicated printer onto dye sublimation transfer paper. By using a heat press, the sublimation ink can be transferred onto the mug, coaster to tablemat.
